Great seller, item was in brand new condition despite being open box. Not a single scratch or mark, it basically looks like it was opened and never used. Seller has a process in place to verify your address before shipping by sending a photo of a postmarked mail piece matching your shipping address. I do understand given the values of the items. They can take a little while to get back to you but the item did ship and was received on time.
